Hi all! Today was my last shift at my day-job as manager of the Mudhouse. It has been fantastic and magical and now it is time to move forward into full-time Feisty! To kicks it off—I’m going to Peru with my wife (who is going for research) to scope out some farms and explore. This means that I won’t be roasting until the 15th. On the 29th I’m heading off on an American-bound roadtrip to meet coffee folks and go to coffee shops and there will be more on that later. For now—here’s my info to you guys. Hi all! I am going to be launching a youtube account and I need some advice as to what you think I should vlog about? Topics are endless but feel free to steer clear of the black magicks (we have to ease the new in slowly). Apart from that I’m game! Do you want to see a cup of coffee be held whilst dramatic music plays in the background? Brewing guide to a device I have (less you ship me some gold to buy a siphon)? So: really exciting news. Getting some fresh (like processed last week fresh) pulped naturals from Kona. Probably only 3# and I’ll sell by the 8oz bag, but this is really exciting. Really really exciting. See you all soon!
