This is really cool. We’re working on a V60 recipe for single origin iced coffees (170g ice 170g hot water with 35g of coffee for an 11oz serving). The main problem at such a small size is making sure the updosed coffee is fully extracted with the smaller amount of water. It is important to be very precise with the prewet. My boss said today that he wants to try to start Japanese Iced coffee instead of the hot mess of a toddy system we have going. Updates surely to follow!
