I brewed it with the V60 at 26g, 8.5 grind, 30second prewet and 2:45 brew time. Aroma/ fragrance was very nutty. The body was creamy which I loved. The flavors I could pick out were salt and lemon with a slight acrid aftertaste. Adjusting the grind to a 6.5 gave me a cup that tasted like ashes. I was not the biggest fan, but it was a dark roast which I do not usually prefer. Thanks for asking!
