Co-worker and myself dissected my bag of Columbian from Cafe Grumpys at work today. We brewed 4 cups on the V60 until we found the magic combo: 6 grind on a ditting 12 oz water (not including prewet) 26.5 g of coffee 2:45 brewtime (including a 32 second prewet) All the cups except for the last had a nasty burnt toast flavor/ aftertaste that kept dominating the softer notes.
